Maintaining the original ideal: that human development can sustain a viable partnership with nature.

Vancouver to 108 Mile Ranch - a spectacular trip by car, plane or bus.... and, I suppose by bicycle or on foot too.

108 Mile LakeYour route is through Hope and then into the Fraser Canyon to Cache Creek, continuing north along the Gold Rush Trail, through Clinton, (Painted) Chasm, 70 Mile House (one of the first historic roadhouse locations on the Cariboo Wagon Road) Mount Begbie (the highest point in the Cariboo) and 100 Mile House . . . before we roll into the largest population centre between Kamloops and Williams Lake, the sylvan 108 Mile Ranch.

108 Mile Ranch (also known as 108 Mile House) is a semi-rural, residential community situated in the heart of the South Cariboo region of British Columbia, amidst trees, rolling hills, ranches, thousands of lakes and a wide range of recreational activities. It features substantial Green Belt lands and a history of appreciation for nature.
